At STAR LIGHT WELFARE SOCIETY for poor children, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services and support to our students and their families. We also value the support of our donors and supporters, and strive to ensure that donations are used effectively to further our mission.

Donations: Donations to our organization are non-refundable. Once a donation has been made, it cannot be refunded or returned. However, if a donation was made in error or was processed multiple times, please get in touch with us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Educational Services and Support: If you or your child are receiving educational services or support from our organization and are not satisfied with the quality or effectiveness of those services, please get in touch with us immediately. We will work with you to address your concerns and to find a resolution that meets your needs. If a refund is deemed appropriate, we will process it in a timely manner.

In the event that our organization is unable to provide educational services or support as promised due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a natural disaster or government mandate, we will work with affected families to find an appropriate solution. In some cases, this may include providing a refund for services that were not provided.
